The Air Patrol Squadron of the Finnish Border Guard (later as the Contracting Authority or the Buyer):

Requests Honeywell TPE 331-10 overhaul with applicable accessories overhaul and repair services for 4 engine.

During the term of the agreement, the seller shall undertake at its facilities; engine and engine accessories storage, maintenance and repair services upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided in the draft Agreement.

During the term of the Agreement, the Buyer shall, pursuant to the scope of services in the Agreement and upon an exclusive basis, undertake, to contract the same to the seller, upon and according to the terms, conditions and provisions provided in the draft Agreement.

Kesto: 60 kuukautta
Uudistusten kuvaus: The parties may mutually extend the validity of the Agreement for 1 year.
Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:

Engine shop visits for all FBG operated Honeywell TPE-331-10 engines in case of:

1) Engine and accessory repairs;

2) Service bulletins for engines and accessories;

3) Airworthiness directives for engines and accessories;

4) Engine foreing object or internal object damage;

5) Overhaul or HSI for engine SN:P-100148C;

6) Other unforeseen service needs with compulsory nature.

Additional information questions should be sent by 3 April 2020 at 16.00 (EET) Call for tenders section ‘Other terms and conditions, OEM Service Center Approval’, ‘Additional information on the procurement procedure’ and attachement ‘Agreement Draft revision-1, chapter 5’.
