Finnish Broadcasting Company, later Yle, is looking for a new archive film scanner and related implementation and support, maintenance and development services.

Preliminary call for tenders

This invitation to participate consist of the following:

— the preliminary call for tenders;

— Pre-Appendix 1: General project description;

— Pre-Appendix 2: Service description (support, maintenance and development);

— Pre-Appendix 3: Requirements (tendering form);

— Pre-Appendix 4: Pricing template;

— Pre-Appendix 5: Service level agreement;

— Pre-Appendix 6: Agreement.

The negotiation procedure

Yle invites you to the negotiated procedure with this invitation to participate.

All the candidates that meet the set requirements will be chosen to the negotiations. Requirements and selection criteria for the selection of candidates are described in this invitation to participate. The set minimum (mandatory) requirements are not negotiable. Yle may compare and select a preliminary tender without negotiation, if one or more of the preliminary tenders fulfill all the preliminary mandatory requirements.

Yle is looking for one (1) contracting party to make an agreement. The agreement enters into force on the latest date of signature by the contracting parties and shall continue to be in force until terminated by either contracting party.
