Scope and object of the tender
Budget
GTK has been awarded up to EUR 160 000 (VAT 0 %) for the purchase of the online-XRF analyser.
Product specification//service description
A quotation is requested for:
— one (1) online X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyser for continuous measurement of elements in liquids together with points 2.2.1-2.2.7 as specified below (later on referred also as Analyser).
The tenderer shall guarantee that the object of the tender shall be free of defects and meet the requirements as set forth in this document and its appendices.
The tender shall incorporate the latest improvements, components and software versions available at the time the tender is submitted to GTK.
The instrument and the related services must satisfy the following minimum requirements and the fulfilment of all criteria has to be documented within the tender. The optional supplies and services are mandatory to be included in the tender, but use of the option is solely for GTK to decide.
Please note that the prices of these supplemental options shall not be calculated into the total fixed price used in the comparison.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
Options
Options must be included in the tender. The separate price shall be given for the items below. These requirements are not evaluated as a part of the fixed price but shall be given a value in the qualitative comparison:
• extended warranty for 1 year after the initial warranty period (chapter 2.2.5);
• recommended spare parts for 1 year of operation;
• necessary consumables for 1 year of operation;
• additional 1 day of onsite training;
• additional 1 day of remote training.
The use of the options is solely at the discretion of GTK. Validity of the options shall be 2 years from signing of the contract.
