Metropolia University of applied sciences is calling for tenders on biomechanical analysis and exercise testing equipment. Sets of equipment will be placed in movement laboratory at Myllypuro Campus of Metropolia, Helsinki, Finland. Equipment must be suitable for education, research and development purposes. The call for tenders is divided in 2 parts:
I. Motion capture system;
II. Treadmill This call for tenders consists of this call for tenders and the following appendices:
1) Description of procurement;
2) Requirements — motion capture system;
3) Requirements — Treadmill;
4) Contract draft;
5) General terms of public procurement in supply contracts (JYSE 2014 Supplies) 6) Floorplans NB.

This part is about biomechanical analysis equipment suitable for analysis of human movement with force plates and with EMG (electromyography) system (Hereinafter also ‘Solution’). Offer must include all necessary equipment and installation (on-site installation) for complete biomechanical analysis Solution such as computers, cables, software, force plates, EMG-system, cameras, lights, tripods, rail system (for cameras), amplifiers, converters and data analysis software. Biomechanical analysis Solution will be divided as two subsystems. One around force plates and one around the treadmill. The same central unit must control both subsystems.
