Veikkaus Oy
Veikkaus invites tenderers to submit a tender for professional playing cards. The cards will be used in Veikkaus' gaming locations, arcades and casinos in Finland. The Contracting Authority will make a Framework Agreement with three (3) suppliers (in case at least three acceptable tenders are received). The agreement period shall commence on signing of the agreement and shall last for two (2) years. The agreement includes an option for extending the agreement for another two (2) years.

This procurement consists of two (2) categories of playing cards:
— Plastic playing cards
— Paper playing cards. Tenderer must offer both plastic playing cards and paper playing cards. Playing cards under this procurement must be produced for professional use and must be of high quality. Offered playing cards must be new. Printing and cutting of the playing cards must perfect and free of defects. During the agreement period, if defected playing cards are found they shall be replaced by the supplier without additional cost. Estimated amount of playing cards to be procured during the agreement period is 50 000 — 60 000 decks. The Contracting Authority will purchase playing cards in necessary quantities, but the minimum quantity per order is 1 000 decks. Minimum order (1 000 decks) can also for example consist of 500 paper card decks + 500 plastic card decks. Special campaign playing cards can be ordered in smaller quantities than 1 000 decks, minimum of 500 decks. Tenderer is not allowed to sell Veikkaus playing cards to any other party. Playing cards with Veikkaus logo shall not be kept in supplier's storage without Contracting Authority's approval. During the agreement period the Contracting Authority orders playing cards according to its need. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to buy a certain amount of playing cards during the agreement period. Total amounts mentioned in this invitation to tender are not binding the Contracting Authority. The agreement doesn't give an exclusive right to the supplier for delivering playing cards to the Contacting Authority.
