The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and National Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer”) request your tender for Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Vaccine belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The purpose of STM and the Customer is to procure Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) Vaccine required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The number of doses and amounts to be delivered as well as the delivery timetable, are set out in Annex 1 Description of the Procurement The Customer will implement the procurement on STM´s side. The roles of STM and Customer are described in more detail in Annex 1 Description of the Procurement. The subject of procurement and the mandatory requirements relating to it are described in detail in this Invitation to Tender and its annexes. Partial tenders will not be considered. Alternative tenders will not be considered. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. CONTRACT PERIOD Estimated quantity for the contract period is 240 000 doses (+/- 20 %). The estimated duration of the contract is about two (2) years. For additional information, see Annex 1. The Contract period shall enter into force once the contract has been signed, and expire when all contractual duties have been performed. After the contract period, the Customer reserves the right for the option described in below.

The procurement contains two (2) options to extend the contract for 110 000 doses (+/- 20 %) per each option year. See Annex 1 for additional information on the option.
