Yleisradio Oy invites you to tender for Wireless microphones and IEM equipment.
The tender contains six different categories. Yle selects three winner tenderers for each category. Yle wishes to receive tenders in all categories, but partial tenders are also accepted.
The requirements and objectives concerning of the offered Wireless microphones and IEM equipment, the tenderer and the offered services for submitting the tender are described with details in appendices:

The Category 2 equipment is typically used in large scale studio and OB productions. The RF system must be analog; the radio transmission must be based on FM modulation.

The Category 3 equipment is typically used in small scale studio and OB productions.
Osan nimi: Heavy ENG equipment (4)

Lyhyt kuvaus:
The Category 4 equipment is typically used with 1-camera operation for news and document type of productions. At the moment Yle is using Panasonic P2 800/3000/3100/5000 models.

The Category 5 equipment is typically used with small handheld cameras. At the moment Yle is using e.g. Panasonic P2 250/270 series and Sony FS7.

The Category 6 refers to IEM equipment used typically with Categories 1 and 2 systems.

Osallistumisehdot
Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:
The tenderer shall be registered in the professional or trade register of its domicile country, if the tenderer is obligated to register to these registers according to its domicile country's national law.
If later requested, the tenderer shall provide relevant certificates (company registration document).
If the tenderer is a group, these requirements shall be met by all its members individually.
If the tenderer uses subcontractors, these requirements shall be met by each subcontractor individually.
Taloudellinen ja rahoituksellinen asema:
The tenderer's economic standing and financial solvency shall be sufficiently stable to provide the customer with the services including the contract. Please see the requirements set in the ESPD form (and below).
It the participant is a group, the requirements shall be met by all its members individually — except the required turn over, which can be met by summing together the turn overs of all the members of the group.
If the participant chooses to meet the mandatory requirements set to the tenderer by relying on the capacities on other entities (f.e subcontractors) these requirements shall be met by each entity individually.
If requested, the tenderer shall provide relevant certificates.
Vähimmäistaso(t):
The tenderer's financial preconditions are sufficient in comparison with the scale of the procurement defined in invitation documents.
Sufficient Credit Rating: The tenderer must have a minimum credit rating (credit worthiness) A, according to credit rating system from AAA, the highest, to C, the lowest, rated by well known and established credit rating agency. If the tenderer rating cannot be found, the tenderer's situation will be evaluated through the last 3 audited financial statements and/or another similar statement.

Vähimmäistaso(t):
Tenderer must have references of selling equipments and producing similar kinds of services. At least three (3) references are required. The references must be from past three years.
Please list three reference from within the past three years. The customer needs to be able to verify the provided reference. Unspecified reference will not be considered as proof of suitability. Please see the requirements set in the ESPD form.

Contract performance conditions are defined in the appended Purchase agreement (Appendix 2. Sopimus), which the tenderer must accept as such.
