Lyhyt kuvaus:
Contracting Authority in this procurement procedure is Senate Properties (Senaatti-kiinteistöt, hereinafter referred as “Contracting Authority”). Senate Properties is a state enterprise operating under the Finnish state enterprises act and under the aegis of the Finnish Ministry of Finance and responsible for the maintenance of the National Opera House (Kansallisooppera) where the floor elevator systems will be installed.

The Contracting Authority and the awarded tenderer are expected to sign the contract on the supply of the floor elevator systems in early February 2018. The fully functioning floor elevator systems shall be handed over for testing and inspection before being accepted. The first installation/assembly will need to take place during a short period during the summer shutdown of the Opera house in June - July 2018.
