The contracting authority has answered the questions sent to it in accordance with the procedure described in Section 6.1 of the Invitation to submit request to participate.

Simultaneously Section 7.1 of the Invitation to submit request to participate has been amended as follows: ‘A request to participate (and tenders) shall be drafted in English language. Annexes 3, 5, 6 and 7 may also be in Finnish.’ [Annexes 5 and 6 have been added.]
The second sentence in Section 8, subsection 1.1 of the Invitation to submit request to participate has been amended as follows: ‘A candidate with 5 references in total receives 9 points, a candidate with 4 references in total receives 6 points and a candidate with 3 references in total receives 3 points.’ [Typing error has been corrected.].
