The object of the procurement is a fully outsourced and hosted portfolio management service that produces back office service, reporting, collateral management and accounting of VER's entire investment portfolio. The portfolio management system will be operated by the selected service provider and portfolio data shall be extended to VER through client interface. VER makes the investment decisions. Back office will co-operate closely with VER's middle office. The service may also include risk management / analysis tool.

The service is planned to commence as of 1 December 2018 after the implementation phase. The contract will be in force until further notice.
