The procurement covers the following supplies and services:
Supplies
The valves to be procured shall be fully welded metal sealed Ball valves DN100-500 class 600, acc to ISO 14313 or equivalent. The procurement covers both manual and gas or electric actuator operated valves for both underground and above ground application.

Valve deliveries covering actuators, volume tanks, hand wheels and other auxiliaries such as stem and drain piping extensions, ball valves, pressure gauges and limit switches. Volume tanks shall be certified acc. PED 2014/68/EU module G or H1.
Design data for supplies:
— Body material: carbon steel;
— Design pressure 80 bar;
— Design min. temperature: -40°C;
— Actuators for zone 1, group II, classified areas (in accordance with EN 60079-10).
Services
— Tests and inspections in factory, including NDT;
— Preservation, packing, marking and shipping;
— Storing at the factory;
— Documentation and certification;
— Delivery to the delivery address (Inkoo, Finland);
— Other Services necessary for the completion of the supply scope (including training if needed).
The supplies and services including types, sizes and quantities of the items will be described in more detail in the specifications which will be provided to the candidates invited to the negotiations.
Uudistusten kuvaus:
The planned date for the contract award is in December 2017. The valve delivery is to take place in August 2018. More detailed schedule including the main milestones of the contract will be provided to the candidates invited to the negotiations.
Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
The scope may cover
— Normal operational spares and any special items and tools;
— Site service for supervision, commissioning and start-up of equipment.
The options will be described in more detail in the specifications which will be provided to the candidates invited to the negotiations.

The procurement procedure is a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition. In negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, any economic operator may submit a request to participate in response to a call for competition by providing the information for qualitative selection that is requested by the Contracting Authority. Only those economic operators invited by the Contracting Authority following the assessment of the information provided may participate in the negotiations.

Advance payment guarantees will be required and subjected to the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG) 2010 revision, ICC Publication No 758.
