VGOS Telescope system

The scope of this Invitation to Tender is to procure a VGOS telescope system to the Metsähovi Fundamental Geodetic Station in Finland.
The contracted Tenderer shall design, construct, assemble, test, deliver and install the VGOS telescope system in Metsähovi station and provide the staff with necessary training. The tenderer may also offer some optional items for the telescope system. Also, producing proof of offered functionality after completion of installation at Metsähovi is considered as part of the Invitation to Tender.

Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:
The tenderer has to be registered in the professional or trade register of its domicile country (i.e. in Finland, the Trade Register maintained by the National Board of Patents and Registration of Finland). The tenderer shall annex a trade register extract into the tender. The certification shall not be older than three (3) months from the submission of the tender.

The domicile country of the tenderer is a country that is a member of the World Trade Organizations Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA). If the tender is made as a group of economic operators this requirement shall be met by each of its members individually.

Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:
The tenderer has to have proven experience on successfully providing at least 1 Geodetic VLBI telescope system in the past. The telescope system has to have been designed, manufactured and installed by the tenderer.
If the tender is made as a group, members of the group may fill the requirement together. If the tenderer uses subcontractors, the tenderer and its subcontractors may fill the requirement together.
The tenderer must provide the following information of at least 1 reference to Geodetic VLBI telescope system, which was designed, manufactured and installed by the tenderer:
— Name of the organization currently owning the aforementioned telescope,
— Address,
— Contact person,
— Email and phone number,
— Type of telescopic system installed,
— When was the system manufactured and installed (mm/yyyy).
Vähimmäistaso(t):
The telescopic system offered must comply with all the minimum requirements set in Appendix 2 of the Invitation to Tender.
The Tenderer, and any subcontractor, must have sufficient technical capacity, competence and experience on delivering and to providing the requested goods and services. The Tenderer must have adequate equipment, tools and methods to design and manufacture the requested equipment.
