Gaming tables

Raha-automaattiyhdistys, Finland's Slot Machine Association

RAY (Finland's Slot Machine Association) invites you to submit an offer for professional gaming tables. The tables will be used in RAY's gaming locations, arcades and casinos. As a result of the tendering procedure, RAY will make a framework agreement with 3 suppliers (in case at least 3 acceptable tenders have been received).
The agreement period shall commence on signing of the contract and will last until 31.12.2017. The agreement shall include an option for expanding the contract with 12 months and another 12 months.

Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:

— The company has a trade register entry or equivalent;

— The company has fulfilled its obligations to pay social security contributions and taxes in the country of its location;

— The company has not been convicted of any of the crimes stated in Section 53 of the Finnish Act on Public Contracts (348/2007);

— The company is not bankrupt or is not being wound up, has not ceased operations or has not entered into an arrangement with creditors or a reorganization plan, or is not the subject of any of the said procedures or plans;

— The company has not been convicted by judgement that has the force of res judicata of any offence concerning his professional conduct or has not been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contracting authority can demonstrate.

— The company has a solid financial standing and is an acclaimed participant on the market.

Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:

— The company has adequate technical capacity, professional competence and equipment to deliver the requested products;

— The company employs quality assurance procedures;

— The company employs environmental management system or equivalent;

— The company has knowledge and experience on the market for gaming tables. The company can submit at least 1 reference from known Casino table games operators. The reference must be dated no later than 3 years before the submission date for the Invitation to tender. The reference must have included deliveries to Casinos located in the EU area.
