VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland Ltd (hereinafter VTT) is the leading research and technology company in the Nordic countries. VTT has a national mandate in Finland. The objects of the procurement are semiconductor device processing chemicals according to this invitation to tender and its annexes. All chemicals should be of a quality suitable for line width <1 µm.
The procurement has been divided into 3 Parts.
— Part 1. Acids, bases and solvents;
— Part 2. AZ products;
— Part 3. Mixtures and special products.
All chemicals are of semiconductor grade VLSI or ULSI quality, except when otherwise defined in the invitation to tender documents.
Tenderer may offer one or more of the Parts described above.
Chemicals will be used in VTT's Micronova clean room located in Espoo, Finland. The need for chemicals and chemical types (products) in each Part may vary during the contract period.
VTT will select one supplier for each Part 1, 2 and 3. The supplier may be same or different. For each Part, VTT is looking for a supplier for a two-year (2) contract period. VTT reserves the right to continue the contract with 2 optional years, 1 year at the time (1 + 1). The objective is that the contract is valid May 2016.
