This is a power transformer procurement for Elenia Oy (a electricity distribution company in Finland) according to forthcoming RFQ.
Contract period is 3 years (1.1.2016-31.12.2018) with the possibility to further extend the agreement period with 2 + 1 optional years.

Osallistumisehdot
Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:

1) The applicant must be a legal entity and included in the trade register according to legislation of the country of establishment. (Please send a certified statement that is not older than 3 months);

2) The applicant declares that it has fulfilled its obligations with regard to the payment of social insurance payments in accordance with the provisions of the law applicable to it;

3) The applicant declares that it fulfilled its obligations with regard to the payment of taxes in accordance with the. provisions of the law applicable to it;

4) The applicant commits that all business communication and documentation shall be in either English or Finnish.

The yearly turnover for power transformers of the applicant (and if applicable, including the group which the applicant belongs to) has to be at least 5 000 0000 EUR on average during last 5 fiscal years.

The applicant (and if applicable, including the group which the applicant belongs to) shall deliver a statement from the yearly turnover of the power transformers at least from the previous 5 fiscal years.

Taloudellinen ja rahoituksellinen asema:

1) The applicant shall deliver a statement showing that it's rating shall be equal or better than D&B Rating category A or AN rating (or equal rating provided by other well established international rating company);

2) D&B rating category B (or equal rating provided by other well established international rating company) is acceptable for participation only if the applicant delivers further clarification and financial key figures (financial ratios, financial statement, corporate structure) and a risk evaluation will be made by the Client and a decision to accept the applicant or not shall be taken;

3) If the applicant is a subsidiary of a company, the evaluation will be carried out on power transformer products of the group which the applicant belongs to and the above mentioned point 1) shall apply. If the applicant is an agency or importer (or similar), the evaluation will also be carried out on the manufacturer of the power transformer products and the above mentioned point 1) shall apply.

Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:

1) The applicant shall deliver selected references for the delivery of the last 5 years, with a minimum of 5 successful references for similar product (standards) to similar northern climatic conditions.

Similarity in this context means:

Northern climatic conditions were ambient temperature can vary from -40 to +40 Celsius, outdoor installations.

Participant has to deliver needed documentation to prove that product deliveries comply with ambient temperature requirements.

Product similarity: Voltage level at least 100 kV, power level 10-25 MVA or higher, vector group YNd11, according to standards: IEC-60076 all parts.

List of references should include customer name, location and contact person. Elenia Oy reserves the right to contact one or all of the references if necessary.

In addition to above mentioned references the applicant shall include list of all deliveries of power transformers during latest 10 years to their application. List should include Type, Rated Output, Voltage Ratio (in kV), Tappings and Vector Group, Quantity, Year, Country, Customer.

2) If the applicant is a subsidiary of a company, the evaluation will be carried out on power transformer products of the group which the applicant belongs to and the above mentioned point 1) shall apply. If the applicant is an agency or importer (or similar), the evaluation will be carried out on the manufacturer of the power transformer products and the above mentioned point 1) shall apply.
