Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:

As an option tenderers are asked to quote

(1) A fixed total price for an one (1) day extra training session held at GTK Mintec

(2) Prices for spare parts for FEG-SEM and EDX

(3) Cost of one (1) year service contract, including annual on-site maintenance visit and on-site repairs caused by normal wear and tear. All costs associated with the service (such as travel costs, accommodation, spare parts used and labor) shall be included. The service contract policies on all other respects must be fully described in the tender.

These options shall be priced separately and the use of these options is solely for GTK to decide.

After evaluating the received tenders, all tenderers or tenders were excluded from the competitive bidding and the procurement procedure was thus declared unsuccessful. No public contract was awarded based on the contract award procedure. Detailed reasoning of the said outcome is presented in GTK decision regarding awarding of a public contract, dated 15.3.2016 (O/432/251/2015). As a summary, no suitable tenders were submitted in response to the initial contract notice.
