VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland

Photomasks will be used in VTT's Micronova cleanroom located in Espoo, Finland (http://www.micronova.fi). The cleanroom is equipped with standard semiconductor industry process equipment including Canon FPA3000-i4 5x wafer stepper and three mask aligners. End products include active silicon devices, radiation detectors, MEMS devices and various thin film devices. Photomasks in this invitation to tender are used both on research projects and in small scale production.
The total need for photomasks in this invitation to tender have been estimated to be around 200 masks/year.
The objective is to find a professional supplier that can guarantee a high standard of quality. VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland will choose 1 supplier from among the tenderers for 2 year contract period. After the contract period, VTT reserves an option to extend the validity of the contract with two years, one year at a time (1 + 1).
The technical specifications of the products have been defined in more detail in the invitation to tender documents.
The tenderers are asked to submit their tenders in accordance with the invitation to tender and the accompanying documents.
