Osallistumisehdot
Vähimmäistaso(t):

1) Service contract of the TSE-testing equipment must include following aspects during the contract period.

— telephone support in English,

— commissioning help for equipment needed in test,

— repair costs of equipment including labour and travel expenses,

— replace parts for equipment,

— possibility to get substitute equipment to replace equipment damaged beyond repair without cost,

— maintenance visit and equipment calibration once a year.

2) The guarantee of the TSE-testing equipment is 24 months (Section 11 , JYSE 2009 Supplies).

Sopimuksen toteuttaminen
Vaadittavat vakuudet ja takuut:

In order to participate the TSE-test should be listed in Regulation No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Annex X, Chapter C, point 4. for rapid TSE-testing of bovines, ovines and caprines, as amended.

In addition the quality assurance system in place has been approved by the EU Community Reference Laboratory for TSEs and the Tenderer ensures that the test performance is maintained.

The test must detect BSE in cattle, classical scrapie, atypical scrapie and BSE in sheep and goat.

Measurement of the test results should be by instrumental reading protocol, including use of a cut-off defining positive or suspect test values.

Minimum shelf-life of TSE-test kit is 6 months or more.

Besides the information requested in the first paragraph, the tenderer is requested to submit the following documents:

— An extract from the trade register or corresponding and,

— The income statement and balance sheet for the previous financial period.

Tärkeimmät rahoitusehdot ja maksujärjestelyt ja/tai viittaus niitä koskeviin säännöksiin:

A candidate or Tenderer who cannot be deemed to have the professional, economic or other prerequisites for implementing the procurement or who has neglected to pay taxes or statutory social contributions may be excluded from the public procurement competition.

The conditions for participation to the public procurement competition read as follows:

The Tenderer is requested to submit the following documents:

1. An extract from the trade register or corresponding or equivalent information and

2. The income statement and balance sheet for the previous financial period.

Evira emphasises that all costs related to preparing and submitting the Tender and all costs related to the evaluation and contract negotiations shall be at the Tenderer's own expense and risk regardless of the outcome of the procurement procedure or the negotiations.

Should the procurement process be interrupted or cancelled at any time of the procurement process Evira has no obligation whatsoever to indemnify any of the costs caused to the Tenderers that participate in the public procurement competition.
