Distribution transformer procurement will be divided into two groups:
1) Oil immersed hermetically sealed distribution.
transformers (24/0.41):
2) Distribution transformers (24/0.41) with build in neutral point reactor (Peterson coil).
Applicant can offer either both or one of the product groups.
If the applicant is applying for the participation for the group 1:
Applicant's average yearly sales volume (EUR) for the oil immersed hermetically sealed distribution transformers has to be at minimum six (6) million EUR.
Applicant shall deliver a statement from the average yearly sales volume (EUR) at least from the last three (3) fiscal years.
Applicant shall inform to which product group(s) they are applying for the participation.

Applicant can offer either both or one of the product groups. If the applicant is applying for the participation for the group 2:
Applicant's average yearly sales volume (EUR) for distribution transformers with build in neutral point reactor (Peterson coil) transformers has to be at minimum 500 000 EUR.

Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:
1) The applicant must be a legal entity and included in the trade register according to legislation of the country of establishment. [Please send a certified statement that is not older than 3 months.];
2) The applicant declares that it has fulfilled its obligations with regard to the payment of social insurance payments in accordance with the provisions of the law applicable to it;
3) The applicant declares that it fulfilled its obligations with regard to the payment of taxes in accordance with the provisions of the law applicable to it;
4) The applicant commits that all business communication and documentation shall be in either English and/or Finnish.
1) The applicant shall deliver a statement showing that it's rating shall be equal or better than D&B Rating category A or AN rating (or equal rating provided by other well established international rating company);
2) D&B rating category B (or equal rating provided by other well established international rating company) is acceptable for participation only if the applicant delivers further clarification and financial key figures (financial ratios, financial statement, corporate structure) and a risk evaluation will be made by the Client and a decision to accept the applicant or not shall be taken;

3) If the applicant is a subsidiary of a company or agency or importer (or similar), the evaluation will also be carried out on the mother company or manufacturer of the products and the above mentioned criteria shall apply.
1) The applicant shall deliver selected references for the delivery of the last 5 years with a minimum of 3 successful.
