Video Contribution Solution over Bonded Mobile Networks
With this Request for Tender Yle kindly requests tenders for Video Contribution Solution for Bonded Mobile Networks.
Yle is seeking a system where 10 Mobile Devices in the field can stream to their home office (ATVU). Stream can also be directed to any other office. Remoted and central devices is to be configred and monitored with simple management interface.
As this system has intensions to make newsgathering lighter and faster, powering up, making the connection and beginning the stream won't exceed five (5) minutes in field conditions.
Contract period will start with the signing of the contract (approximately 1st of September 2013) and it will expire after three (3) year period.
