Sequencing services for VTT'S Biotechnology Research Environment, Reg no: 855/060/2013
VTT is searching a supplier for the Standard capillary sequencing services for VTT Biotechnology research environment:
VTT will provide purified or un-purified DNA samples and primers (universal or custom primers) in concentration and buffer determined by the supplier. Samples will be purified or un-purified plasmids or PCR fragments. Samples will be sent in PCR tubes or 96 well plates. Supplier's service must include the sequencing reaction service.
The estimated number of samples per year is 6 000 – 10 000. The informed needs are estimates and VTT is not committed to any quantity.
The objective is to find one Supplier for sequencing services for VTT's biotechnology research environment that can guarantee a high standard of quality.
VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland will choose one supplier from among the tenderers.
VTT reserves the right to purchase services also from other suppliers than the contract supplier.
