The Museum 2015 project of the National Board of Antiquities is jointly led by the National Board of Antiquities, the Finnish National Gallery and the Finnish Museum Association. The key tasks of Museum 2015 are designing the overall architecture of collections management, developing cataloguing and the specification of requirements, arranging competitive tendering and procurement of a joint collection management system.
The procurement comprises the following components:
1) A collection management system intended for the use of the Finnish museums;
2) Possible customisation of the collection management system to meet the needs and requirements of the Customer in accordance with the requirement specifications;
3) The maintenance and development work related to the collection management system for the duration of the agreement period.
A negotiated procedure is used as the procurement procedure.

Määräaika
