Finngulf LNG Terminal EPCM

Gasum Oy

Gasum Oy is currently developing a project targeted to construct a major scale regional LNG import terminal to Finland. The project is called “Finngulf LNG” (FG-LNG). The purpose of the FG-LNG terminal part is to import, store, re-export and re-gasify liquefied natural gas (LNG).
The timeframe of the project is to have first LNG shipped in by the end of year 2016 and to be fully operational by the end of 2018. As an outcome of the basic planning phase investors are expected to make the Final investment decision at the end of 2014.
The terminal will serve the regional off- and onshore LNG market in Baltic sea countries.
An EPM (EPM Engineering, Procurement and Management) contract for the basic design task including an option for detail engineering task will be awarded for the successful bidder of this enquiry. The successful bidder has also an option to offer for the implementation phase services.
The selected TDP EPCM Partner will work under FG-LNG PMO (Project management office). The PMO governs and produces common project services for the whole project cluster involved to the FG-LNG.
The purchaser has nominated an experienced lead engineer to be purchaser's point of contact towards the TDP EPM.
PMO's engineering services and other partners produces the other needed design tasks, activities and services excluded from the TDP's scope.
The final TDP design scope is defined and agreed in cooperation with the purchaser.
