Valtion Eläkerahasto (The State Pension Fund, Finland)

VER intends to purchase an outsourced service for the investment portfolio 'Other Investments' (Fi: Muut sijoitukset). The service consists of the establishment of a fund of funds (a dedicated fund of funds, ”FOF”) by the service provider for a part of VER's emerging market private equity investments with a view to invest the funds in private equity funds in accordance with VER's Investment Policy. The service provider shall research and select investment targets that comply with VER's Investment Policy, conduct due diligence on the investment targets and manage the investments made by the FOF and the FOF itself. The service provider shall report on the performance of the FOF as determined by VER. Upon request the service provider shall also report separately on the operation of the underlying funds.
