Customer self service Solutions for Fortum
Implementation and maintenance of self services for end customers by implementation of new IT enabled solutions for electricity distribution and sales in Finland and in Sweden.
Implementation shall be based on SharePoint 2010 and Windows Server AppFabric. Backend system integrations and GUI definitions are not included in RFP scope.
Implementation core team shall be located in Fortum premises in Finland and/or Sweden. Implementation will be done between September 2011 - January 2013.
