The Finnish Police is acquiring a face recognition module (software) for its multi-purpose identification platform. The face recognition module is used to aid in the issuance of personal identity documents and the handling of other licence administration tasks, as well as for forensic purposes. For more detailed description of the module, see the Request for Tender. The Request for Tender is available only in English. The tender must be drawn up in English.
