RAY (Finland's Slot Machine Association) invites you to submit an offer for Electronic Gaming Machines (later on referred to as EGMs). The EGMs will be purchased for Casino Helsinki and optionally for Casino Vaalimaa and RAY's arcades. RAY shall choose suppliers for framework agreement by open procedure.
