Four-Port Vector Network Analyzer (Aalto University Foundation)
A four-port vector network analyzer (VNA) to be used to characterize single components, such as field-effect transistors, and complete integrated high-frequency circuits, such as radio receiver front-ends. We seek a versatile network analyzer that can be used for both low frequency and for high frequency measurements in a single sweep, and single calibration.
