Hankinnan kohteena on multikopteri radiomittauslaitteiston nostamista varten sekä käyttökoulutus ja käyttäjätason huoltokoulutus kuudelle henkilölle Suomessa. Lennätettävä hyötykuorma (mittalaite+antennit) luovutetaan toimittajalle lentoalukseen integrointia varten. Multikopterin kaapelia voidaan käyttää tehon ja tiedon siirtoon.
