The objective of this acquisition is to purchase a light weight, hand-held, rugged, analog and digital video downlink receiver for the Finnish Defence Forces (FDF) use. The procurement the Video down link receiver system will consists of VDLR with accessories and its product documentation including all the required documents, certificates, declarations of conformity supplied by the Supplier, so that VDLR systems can be accepted officially in service use in the FDF.
