With this contract notice Finnish Customs is requesting tenderers to sign up for the competitive dialogue procurement process according to the appendix' of this notice.

The procurement will be carried out as a security procurement in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement in the Fields of Defence and Security (1531/2011).

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
The agreement will be valid for fixed period of two (2) years from the signing of the contract.
After the fixed period, Finnish Customs will decide annually on whether to continue the licence order and indicate the number of licences required or end the license subscription.
