The subject of the acquisition is the State Treasury of Republic of Finland's (State Treasury) Cash flow forecasting system, its implementation project, system-related maintenance service and system-related further development work covering the needs of the State Treasury.

The Contract (appendix 2 of the Call for Tenders) comes into force on the date of signing of the Contract. The Contract is in force until all obligations under it have been fulfilled.

The contract period for the agreement shall be fixed for five (5) years. After the fixed contract period, the agreement shall be valid until further notice.

The basis for calculating the estimated value is the estimated value of the acquisition costs for four (4) years.

Total value of the procurement (exluding VAT) reported in sections II.1.7) and V.2.4) corresponds with the price of the winning tender and it includes estimated costs including on-boarding fee, commissioning and data migration work, software service fees (including maintenance) for four years and further system development work estimated to be carried out within four years. The procurement agreement is valid for a five years’ fixed term and continues thereafter to be valid until further notice. Therefore, the agreement will be valid longer than for four years, and software service fees will be payable for as long as the agreement remains in force. Additionally, if further development work will be carried out based on the agreement after four years, such work will also be payable according to the agreement.
