HUSLAB Laboratory of Genetics at HUS hereinafter referred to as ‘Procurement Entity’ requests your request to participate for supplying Diagnostic NIPT (non-invasive prenatal testing) equipment (testing process) of HUSLAB as detailed in the contract notice published on the public procurement website Hilma on 16 July 2021 and in this Invitation to Participate and in its Annexes.
The invitation to participate and its Annexes represents preliminary views of the procurement entity. The documents are subjects to change during negotiations. Documents shall be amended and clarified during the negotiation process. The Procurement Entity requests final tenders only from those candidates
Who have been selected to the negotiations based on the candidates request to participate.
The object of the procurement is Diagnostic NIPT equipment of HUSLAB. The object of the procurement is described in Annex 1, Project description. The issues set out in the project description will be clarified during the negotiations. Contract terms are subject to negotiated and draft of the contract shall be sent to the candidates selected for the negotiation procedure. Requirements for the suitability of the candidate are set out on the ESPD form. Candidates shall be compared if there are more than five suitable candidates as described below and in Annex 1. The information used to compare candidates is described in the annex 2 to the candidate's financial information. The object of procurement will be connected to the information systems of the procurement entity. Consequently, the procurement entity shall impose data protection and security requirements as described in Annex 4, ‘ICT-information security Appendix VI.23 en’. Also these requirements can be detailed and clarified during negotiations.
The duration of the contract is four years. After the expiration of the fixed-term contract period, the contract is valid until further notice. Terms of termination of contract will be defined in the final contract.
