Fortum’s planning to refresh network devices for all countries Fortum operates in. The device refresh is planned to be conducted over several year time period.
The most important countries are currently Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Poland and Baltic countries. There are also about 15 other countries where devices are also needed, including Russia.
Additionally, Fortum is looking forward to cost efficient network equipment device pricing and device specifications strictly meeting all technical requirements, including for device modules, and capability quickly respond to Fortum new device requirements due to e.g. business mergers and acquisitions and other constantly changing business needs.

The candidate shall be registered in the trade register of its domicile country, if the candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.

The candidate shall also be registered in the prepayment register and the employer register in accordance with the Act on Prepayment of Tax, and shall be registered as VAT-liable in the Value Added Tax Register in compliance with the Value Added Tax Act before the procurement decision is made, if the candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.

If the candidate is part of a group qualifying together in order to be able to leave a tenderer in the second phase (e.g. through a consortium), these requirements shall be met by all its members individually. If subcontractors are participating in the delivery, they must meet these requirements individually.
