EIT CCSI KIC Proposal Consultation

Aalto University is coordinating a consortium building an application for an EIT KIC call for Cultural and Creative Industries KIC (EIT CCI KIC). We are looking for a consultancy service which can support the consortium for building the winning application. https://eit.europa.eu/, https://eit.europa.eu/our-activities/call-for-eit-communities/2021 Aalto takes care of the consortium’s financial and contractual issues on behalf of the consortium. The consultation work will be done for the benefit of the EIT CCI-KIC application consortium. The consortium has already over 30 partners (companies, Universities, cities, research organizations and associations) and is continuing to build its activities. The draft strategy for the KIC is already in place. The consortium has already worked for some time and is well integrated.

The contracting entity and the selected supplier enter into a written procurement contract, based on the contract draft (Annex 5), which enters into force upon its signature by both parties. The contracting entity reserves the right to discuss the details of the contract with the selected supplier prior to the signature of the agreement. However, essential changes to the terms and conditions cannot be made.
