Rolls-Royce 250 (C20B) engine and its LRU, SRU AND spare parts repair, overhaul and modification services.
Framework Agreement for 3 years. The agreement further includes 2 option years.
This procurement will be executed in accordance with the Finnish Act on Public Defence and Security Contracts (1531/2011).
The procurement process is an accelerated restricted procedure, which is a 2-phase procedure. By the deadline, supplier willing to participate in this procurement shall return the completed form of request for participation to the email address purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi
Participation applications sent after the deadline will be rejected.
Based on the criteria set out in the application, the Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command will then select the candidates who will receive the actual request for quotation (RFQ).
The application of request to participate is available at: purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi
If more than 3 acceptable request to participate is received, the number of the qualified tenderers will be limited to 3 based on the net sales figures (3 biggest).
Request to participate shall be sent to address: purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi and refer to number 20114511 also in the subject line.
Failure to comply with any of the required requirements will lead to rejection of the participate.
The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is entitled, at its own discretion, to accept or reject the request to participate.

The supplier shall commit to required requirements.

The participant shall furnish proof of his economical ability to perform the contract by announcing its net sales (turnover value) e.g. from the past 3 years.

Information: if more than 3 acceptable requests to participate are received, the number of the qualified tenderers will be limited to 3 based on the net sales figures (the 3 biggest).

Tekninen ja ammatillinen pätevyys:

The participant shall furnish proof of his technical and professional ability to perform the contract.

— the participant shall have a written permit from the original manufacturer (Rolls-Royce RR250) or approval from aviation authority for overhaul and repair the engines, modules and equipment and shall be licensed according to RR250 AMROC.

The participant shall list reference contracts (RR250 LRU repair, overhaul and modification services including testrig and testbench capabilities) together with the names of the contract parties.

The participant shall have repair, overhaul and modification ability in Europe.

Airworthiness Approval tags (EASA form 1, JAA form 1, FAA 8130-3) or manufacturers certificate of conformity for standard material shall be provided at the time of delivery.

Vähimmäistaso(t):

Supplier/participant shall comply with and apply the NATO standard AQAP-2110 Edition D version 1. The supplier shall grant the customer the right to conduct (pre-award) audits.
