Rolls-Royce 250 (C20B) engine and its LRU, SRU AND spare parts repair, overhaul and modification services.
Framework Agreement for 3 years. The agreement further includes 2 option years.
This procurement will be executed in accordance with the Finnish Act on Public Defence and Security Contracts (1531/2011).
The procurement process is an accelerated restricted procedure, which is a 2-phase procedure. By the deadline, supplier willing to participate in this procurement shall return the completed form of request for participation to the email address purchase5.fdflogcom@mil.fi
Participation applications sent after the deadline will be rejected.
Based on the criteria set out in the application, the Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command will then select the candidates who will receive the actual request for quotation (RFQ).

If more than 3 acceptable request to participate is received, the number of the qualified tenderers will be limited to 3 based on the net sales figures (3 biggest).

Failure to comply with any of the required requirements will lead to rejection of the participate.
The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command is entitled, at its own discretion, to accept or reject the request to participate.

Tarjousten vastaanottamisen määräaika oli 2020-02-07. Hankinta julkaistiin 2020-01-17.
