The Defence Forces Logistics Command requests a participation application for a tender competition of repair, overhaul and modification services of equipment and components for the NH90 helicopter fleet in accordance with the participation application request and its appendices.
Duration of the framework agreement is three (3) years. The agreement further includes three (3) option years.

Taloudellinen ja rahoituksellinen asema:
The candidate shall furnish proof of his economical ability to perform the contract by announcing its net sales (turnover value) from the past three (3) years.
The number of the qualified candidates will be limited to five (5) on the basis of a total turnover of the last 3 years (the five biggest turnover values including 3 years).
The candidate shall have a professional risk indemnity insurance.
1) The services/products supplied under the procurement contract shall conform with required technical specifications and standards.
Supplier (Service Provider) shall raise a statement of conformity (Airworthiness approval tag). Acceptable forms are: EMAR Form 1, EASA Form 1, JAA Form One, FAA 8130-3, FAA 8130-4, TCA Form 24-0078, Certificate of Conformity (CoC) or Declaration of Conformity (DoC).

The statement of conformity of the ordered activities shall give proof that all maintenance/repair/overhaul/modification activities have been performed in accordance with NH90 airworthiness and NH90 quality regulations.
2) The candidate/supplier shall have a written permit from the original manufacturer and/or approval from aviation authority for maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification of the equipment and spare parts.
3) The candidate/supplier shall have a repair, overhaul and modification ability in the European Union country.
The candidate/supplier shall comply with and apply the NATO standard AQAP-2110 Edition D Version 1. The supplier shall grant the customer the right to conduct (pre-award) audits.

Nopeutetun menettelyn perustelu:
Urgent need for the repair, overhaul and modification services of equipment and components for the NH9 helicopter fleet.
The accelerated negotiated EU procurement procedure does not prejudice equal treatment of candidates and it will be taken into account that tenderers are able to submit their quotations in due time.
Puolueettomat valintaperusteet:
The purpose of reducing the number of tenderers is to limit the costs and time consumption for the purchaser and the tenderers.
