Game Development Partners — Framework Agreement

Veikkaus Oy (hereinafter also ‘procuring entity’ or ‘Veikkaus’) is requesting tenders for a framework arrangement to procure game development partners. The framework arrangement is divided into six (6) sections. The tenderers can only make a tender to one section each.

Section 1 competence level A — up to 15 suppliers that meet the minimum requirements,

section 2 competence level B — up to 15 suppliers that meet the minimum requirements,

section 3 competence level C — up to 10 suppliers that meet the minimum requirements,

section 4 sound design and realization of games — up to 10 suppliers that meet the minimum requirements,

section 5 game graphics — up to 10 suppliers that meet the minimum requirements, and

section 6 game technology and platform development — up to 10 suppliers that meet the minimum requirements.

The object of the procurement with its different sections is specified in more detail in the invitation to tender and its attachments. During the term of agreement, the procuring entity will be ordering services specific to sections according to its needs. The procuring entity is not committed to making specific purchases for fixed amounts. The agreement does not grant the service provider an exclusive right to provide the service to the procuring entity.
