Finland, with over 100 partner companies, is one of over 190 nations participating in the first World Expo in the Middle East, Expo 2020 Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022.
Expo 2020 is expected to attract 25 million visits, with 70 per cent of visitors projected to come from outside the UAE. www.expo2020dubai.ae
Business Finland is responsible for the practical arrangements for the Expo 2020 participation. This procurement is for the exhibition construction and fit out.
The procurement consists of the whole construction process of the exhibition and fit out including all the necessary equipment and works required to achieve the following positions (POS 1-4) according to the design of the finnish exhibition package:
• POS 1: exhibition architecture: production, installment and dismantling;
• POS 2: LED screen including control system, no installment;
• POS 3: AV and rigging: equipment;
• POS 4: AV and rigging: installment and dismantling works.
