Finn Church Aid (later FCA) requests tenders for supply of vehicles to FCA program countries within the period of upcoming Framework Agreement. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the supply, delivery and after-sales service of vehicles and spare parts by the Supplier to FCA Offices after receipt of separate Purchase Orders. The vehicles are for use in FCA´s programs mainly in the countries mentioned below, and they will mainly be of type and specifications defined below.

The subject of the Framework Agreement is the supply, delivery and after-sales service of vehicles and spare parts by the Supplier to FCA Offices after receipt of separate Purchase Orders. The vehicles are for use in FCA´s programs mainly in the countries mentioned below, and they will mainly be of type and specifications defined below. Implementing Partners may also purchase vehicles from selected suppliers (solely for FCA financed projects' needs), in which case the prices and other terms of the Framework Agreement are applied. What is said about the parties´ duties, responsibilities and rights in this invitation to tenders (ITT) is applicable to Implementing Partners in these situations. FCA is always contacted for validation of purchase order in such case. The tenderer shall ensure availability of full after sales service and warranty service in the destination for the whole warranty period, as well as a local service and spare parts supplier approved by the manufacturer and must provide contact details and a description of the local representative responsible for providing after sales service if requested by Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority may in some case need another type of a vehicle during the Framework Agreement. In these cases, the specifications will be defined and agreed in a separate contract. The price will be the Supplier's list price reduced by the discount stated by the Supplier in the tender and agreed on in the Framework Agreement. If the Supplier is not able to deliver the type of vehicle required in established time or other conditions which may prohibit use of or cause hindrance to framework agreement utilization, the Contracting Authority may purchase the vehicle from another supplier. The vehicles shall be delivered to the destinations included in the table below as separately requested by the Contracting Authority under individual contracts. The tenderer must in its tender commit to deliver vehicles in five or more of the following destinations: Amman, Jordania Bangui, Central African Republique Juba, South Sudan Kampala, Uganda Kathmandu, Nepal Mogadishu, Somalia Nairobi, Kenya Phnom Penh, Cambodia Yangoon, Myanmar Preference will be given to tenderer with capacity to deliver to most destinations above. Minimum criterion is five (5) destinations. If the Contractor is situated/has a place of business in the same area where the purchasing FCA office is situated, Contractor delivers and FCA prefers to take possession of the vehicle in these premises. Specifications: The supplies must comply fully with the technical specifications set out in this ITT unless deviations from the specifications have been agreed on between the Parties before or after submitting the Purchase Order.

Uudistusten kuvaus:

The Framework Agreement will be in place for 1 year (12 months), with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend this by a period or periods of 12 months, not totalling more than a further 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance, and should the Contracting Authority so wish.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:

If the Contracting Authority, during the framework agreement, needs another type of a vehicle, the technical specifications are defined and agreed in a separate contract. If the Contracting Authority, during the framework agreement, needs vehicles to other countries than mentioned in this ITT, these are defined and agreed in a separate contract.

— itemised price list of recommended spare parts and consumables,

— manufacturer’s authorisation (if the supplier is not the manufacturer).
