Riikinvoima Oy (Purchaser) hereby invites interested parties (Tenderers) to submit their tender concerning the following services:
— treatment and disposal of Riikinvoima waste to energy CHP plant solid residues (ashes), total amount of approximately 26 600 ton/a, contract period is 2+1 (optional extension) +1 (optional extension) years. The Purchaser reserves the right continue the original contract period with a total of 2 years (1+1), however the Purchaser is not obliged to order these options. In general the scope of the works includes treatment and disposal of different solid residues including all required licenses and permits (the Tenderer is responsible also to make sure that any possible subcontractor has all required licences and permit).
Different solid residues (Lot) are:
Lot 1: Coarse bottom ash (> 2 mm);
Lot 2: Fine bottom ash (≤ 2 mm);
Lot 3: Boiler ash;
Lot 4: APC residues.

Määräaika

Tarjousten vastaanottamisen määräaika oli 2020-02-14. Hankinta julkaistiin 2019-12-16.

The Tenderers shall submit their 1, 2 or 3 tenders for the alternatives 1 and/or 2 and/or 3 indicated in ‘Invitation to Tender’ Chapter 2:

Alternative 1: Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4;

Alternative 2: Lot 1 and Lot 2;

Alternative 3: Lot 3 and Lot 4 The Purchaser will choose either Alternative 1 or Alternative 2/Alternative 3, whichever combination is most economical for Purchaser.

The Tenderer is responsible also to make sure that any possible subcontractor has all required licences and permit. The Tenderer tenders unit price for the service per ton residue (VAT 0 %) for all lots included in Alternative 1. Alternative 1 lots are:

Lot 1: Coarse bottom ash (> 2 mm), amount approximately 5 100 t/a;

Lot 2: Fine bottom ash (≤ 2 mm), amount appr. 8 000 t/a;

Lot 3: Boiler ash, amount appr. 9 600 t/a;

Lot 4: APC residues, amount appr. 4 000 t/a tenders, which does not include unit prices for all lots included into Alternative 1 will not be accepted to tender evaluation phase.
