Business Finland Oy is seeking tenders for the provision of dynamic Public Relations (‘PR’) services for Visit Finland and related industries for the target market Japan. Visit Finland is an organizational unit of Business Finland Oy working to develop Finland’s travel destination brand, market Finland to travelers abroad and help Finnish companies in the travel industry go global. Visit Finland cooperates with travel destination regions, businesses in the travel industry and other export promoters and embassies. Visit Finland’s target markets are markets outside Finland which are determined to have the greatest potential for increased travel to Finland. As food, design and lifestyle are an essential part of travel, we at Visit Finland cooperate with these industries of Business Finland in particular and have joint PR needs. The scope of services sought after shall include but is not limited to the industries referred to (hereinafter ‘related industries’).

Successful PR service shall aim at:

1. Securing best PR coverage primarily for Visit Finland, by planning PR strategies, networking and promotional activities.

2. Coordination and local support in PR activities primarily for Visit Finland according to local requirements.

Local PR activities shall be executed in cooperation with Business Finland. Business Finland will provide a designated contact person for managing and coordinating the service provision specified in the Service description. The content of the service is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Service description.

Kesto: 48 kuukautta
Uudistusten kuvaus: The Contract commences upon the signing and stays in force until further notice.
Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:

Option: Business Finland reserves the right to acquire social media management services including content production in Japan from the selected service provider. In this case Business Finland may separately request the Service Provider to describe their expertise in social media management in the fields of tourism and/or Related Industries. The scope of option is approximately 24 000 EUR a year. Visit Finland currently has channels in Japan on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter with on average daily posts in all channels and monthly reporting on the performance of the content posted in the channels.
