The object of this procurement is the implementation of an integrated research information system and related services to manage information of research activities and outputs of Åbo Akademi University (later ÅAU). The object is a cloud-based out-of-the-box system but it must be possible to install the system on premise too. The functionalities described in the requirements specification documents must be built-in and the supplier must have a proven track record of the successful implementation and maintenance of a similar software product and service with reference customers. The more detailed requirements for the customer references are presented in Annex_3_Company_References. The tenderer must fill in the company references in the document according to the instructions in the document. The migration of legacy data from the current research information system of ÅAU is also included in the procurement as well as integration with ÅAU HR-system. ÅAU is responsible for providing the legacy and HR data in the desired format but the tenderer must support ÅAU in the process. It must be possible to integrate the system with a number of other ÅAU systems as specified in the requirement specification documents. These include a DSpace publication repository, SAP financial system, academy (a system for collecting and qualifying faculty data to generate reports for accreditations), data warehouse and a case management system. However, the integration with other systems is not included in the implementation project. ÅAU will not accept tenders that do not fulfil all of the mandatory requirements or deviate from the instructions given in the procurement documents in some other way. The Contracting Authority, ÅAU, will choose one (1) supplier with whom the Contracting Authority will sign an agreement.

Kesto: 48 kuukautta
Uudistusten kuvaus:

After the fixed four (4) year contract period, the agreement will be valid until further notice with six (6) months’ notice period on the part of both the client and the supplier.
