Gaming Point of Sale Terminals' and Applications' Life Cycle Services

Veikkaus Oy

Aim of the procurement is to enable Veikkaus to rebuild and combine its sales services into its own new sales application, which shall be implemented into around 1 000 — 5 000 new point of sale terminals. So, Veikkaus is looking for around 5 000 new sales terminals and peripherals and their life cycle services. These life cycle services are divided in two categories: device services and Services for software development.

Annex 3 (Criteria and Pricing Sheet) of call for competition and the TMS_Saas_Requirements tab therein -Phrasing of Cell C6 is changed from ‘Capability of two (2) alternative networkings’ to ‘Networking solutions’.

Phrasing of Cell E6 is changed from ‘TMS SaaS shall be interoperable; via Internet, TMS API for terminals' (‘call-in’) connections, data and management, or via VPN/Direct connect MPLS for Veikkaus' single sign on users (LDAP)’ to ‘Data communications encryption shall be used in communication between TMS and terminal (TLS/HTTPS or VPN technology, like IPSEC tunnelling).’

Phrasing of the current and previous row 22 is amended to state ‘CPU load’ instead of the previous phrasing ‘load’.

Previous row 23 is removed due to having the same content as the previous and current row 22.

Due to removal of row 23, the numbering of rows is changed correspondingly, so that the TMS_Saas_Requirements tab now includes total of 48 rows instead of the previous 49 rows.

Due to the removal of row 23, the total of possible comparison points of the TMS_Saas_Requirements tab is now 45 points instead of the previous 46 points. Annex 3 (Criteria and Pricing Sheet) of call for competition and the total_points tab therein:

The point change due to removal of the previous row 23 is also indicated in total_points tab in cell B7 now stating ‘45’ instead of the previous ‘46’, which also means that the total possible comparison points indicated in B9 of the tab is now ‘315’ instead of the previous ‘316’.

Call for competition

Changes in comparison points is also indicated in procurement object criteria of call for competition now stating maximum points being 315 instead of the previous 314.

Grounds for decision of call for competition is amended to correspond the points and weights indicated in the criteria and pricing Sheet annex (Annex 3). Annexes 1 and 3 of the call for competition.
