The Candidate shall be registered in the trade register of its domicile country, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.
The Candidate shall also be registered in the Prepayment Register and the Employer Register in accordance with the Act on Prepayment of Tax, and shall be registered as VAT-liable in the Value Added Tax Register in compliance with the Value-Added Tax Act before the procurement decision is made, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.
