Fortum Oyj
Fortum’s estimated need for WAN connections are over 500 connections for all countries Fortum operates in. The most important countries are currently Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland and Baltic countries. There are also about 12 other countries where connections are also needed. Russia connections are an option.
Additionally, Fortum is looking forward to cost efficient services and full flexibility to quickly scale services up and down based on Fortum business mergers and acquisitions and constantly changing business needs.
Fortum is looking for 2 main connectivity models, WAN connectivity for Fortum Services and Internet breakout connectivity.
Besides traditional WAN connectivity Fortum is targeting additional flexibility and cost efficiency using new technologies (E.g. SD-WAN).

Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:
The Candidate shall be registered in the trade register of its domicile country, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.
The Candidate shall also be registered in the Prepayment Register and the Employer Register in accordance with the Act on Prepayment of Tax, and shall be registered as VAT-liable in the Value Added Tax Register in compliance with the Value-Added Tax Act before the procurement decision is made, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.

If the candidate is part of a group qualifying together in order to be able to leave a tenderer in the second phase (e.g. through a consortium), these requirements shall be met by all its members individually.
