Fortum’s estimated need for Mobile subscription Services is about 4950 internal users (Russia excluded) and Machine-to-Machine SIM cards, for all countries Fortum operates in (most important countries are currently Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland and Baltic countries). Russia (2000 subscriptions) is an option.
Machine to machine (M2M) SIM-cards service for Fortum’s businesses includes mobile data service over 2G, 3G and 4G or above technologies providing outdoor reception and indoor reception in defined locations. Fortum is using M2M services for different kind of IoT — applications.
Supplier shall provide service portal for customer use.
Fortum should have possibility to use third party services for SIM-card management. Stockholm Exergi Holding AB with its affiliates has the right to purchase services under this contract.

The Candidate shall be registered in the trade register of its domicile country, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.
The Candidate shall also be registered in the Prepayment Register and the Employer Register in accordance with the Act on Prepayment of Tax, and shall be registered as VAT-liable in the Value Added Tax Register in compliance with the Value Added Tax Act before the procurement decision is made, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law.

If the candidate is part of a group qualifying together in order to be able to leave a tenderer in the second phase (e.g. through a consortium), these requirements shall be met by all its members individually.
