Fortum’s estimated need for Managed Workplace Services is about 7000 internal users about 4000 external users in all countries and locations Fortum operates in (most important countries are currently Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Baltic countries). Russia is an option. Stockholm Exergi Holding AB with its affiliates has the right to purchase services under this contract.

Managed Workplace Services for all Fortum companies and countries.

Supplier shall give its pricing of the services in scope by using two alternative / separate pricing models, Model A: Service by Service and Model B: DaaS (Device as a Service). In model A the customer has an option to pick one or multiple optional services if any. The Customer at its own discretion shall have a right to select also parts of the Optional services or optional services per country. As an example, Russia on-site — services could be selected separately.

Kelpoisuus harjoittaa ammattitoimintaa:

The Candidate shall be registered in the trade register of its domicile country, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law. The Candidate shall also be registered in the Prepayment Register and the Employer Register in accordance with the Act on Prepayment of Tax, and shall be registered as VAT-liable in the Value-Added Tax Register in compliance with the Value Added Tax Act before the procurement decision is made, if the Candidate is obliged to register to these registers according to its domicile countries national law. If the candidate is part of a group qualifying together in order to be able to leave a tenderer in the second phase (e.g. through a consortium), these requirements shall be met by all its members individually. If subcontractors are participating in the delivery, they must meet these requirements individually.
