Keva is looking for a hedge fund investment advisory service provider which is best suited to Keva’s needs. Keva will use such advisory service, in part, to conduct its hedge fund manager selection, monitor current and potential new relationships and for risk management purposes. The emphasis in choosing this service is on the quality of analyses provided and the breadth of coverage of the relevant manager universe. This service must be able to provide Keva with a wide range of risk metrics and risk exposure data of our existing portfolio as well as return data. The service must be fully up and running including all the features listed in Appendix 1 by the end of the time limit for the receipt of the tenders. A complete set of requirements is stated in Appendix 1. Currently, Keva has an investment advisory service provider and is seeking to find the most suitable counterparty based on Keva’s needs. The service will initially have approximately 12 users but Keva shall have the right to implement a lower or a higher number of users for the same price. The license fee shall be for Keva as a whole and does not restrict the number of users. The intention is to take system into production use by the end of September 2018.

The contract is in force for a time being. Because these kinds of Saas service contracts are usually based on annual license fee, Keva must be able to consider annually before the end of the year whether the Hedge Fund Advisory Services should be retendered or not. The term of notice will be defined in the contract.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
Keva reserves the right to award a contract for similar new services and additional supplies related to the services directly to the original supplier during the three years following the conclusion of the original contract on principally the same conditions as the original contract. The tenderer shall inform separately in its tender that it will be bound to this provision.
