Framework Agreement for Advanced Boiler Service
Fortum Oyj
Fortum Oyj, with its affiliated companies, including Stockholm Exergi, has the intention of procuring Framework Agreements for advanced boiler service for the maintenance of its fleet of CHP boilers (Combined heat and power) and HOBs (Heat-only Boilers) in Nordic countries, Baltics and Poland.
The procurement will be divided into lots based on different types of services needed for the maintenance of the CHP and HOB plants. Tenderers will have the possibility of offering one or several lots. Tenderers will also have the possibility to offer all or part of the regions. Framework Agreements will be made for 4 years with the option of prolonging the Agreement with 2+2 years.
The Framework Agreements will be used for call-offs of emergency work, scheduled work or project work as well as basis for mini-tender inquiries.

Fortum Oyj intends to sign Framework Agreements with several suppliers. The aim is to have all lots in the procurement covered by at least 3 suppliers in each region.
The tenderers will have the possibility of offering one or several of the following lots:
1) Engineering and Specialist Services;
2) Rebuilds and modernizations;
3) Maintenance and Repair work;
4) Annual outage and Supervision services;
5) Grate service;
6) Fluidized bed service;
7) Cladding work;
8) Supply of pressure parts, Steel structures and ducts;
9) Emergency support;
10) Management of spare and wear parts.
The tenderers will also have the possibility to select which region or regions the offer will be valid for.
