Keva is looking for a new fixed income portfolio analysis tool as a Saas service (Software as a Service) and its support and maintenance. Keva needs a new fixed income portfolio analysis tool for fixed income portfolios to supplement the existing line-up of tools. The system must be readily compatible with Keva's current FactSet portfolio analysis system functionality. The system will be used for performance attribution analysis as well as to analyze fundamental data of fixed income portfolios. The emphasis in choosing this tool is on the ability of the system to customize attribution analysis. The system must be able to handle portfolios, composites of portfolios, as well as public and custom benchmarks. Furthermore, underlying holdings of portfolios and indices must be easily linked to third-party data sources and this data must be readily functional in the reporting tools. A complete set of requirements is stated in Appendix 1. The new fixed income portfolio analysis tool is not replacing any of Keva's current portfolio tools but is considered as a supplement to the existing line-up. The system will initially have approximately 5 users. Therefore, this quantity is used in the comparison of tenders. However, Keva has the right to implement a lower or higher number of users, based on terms for pricing of individual users. The intention is to take system into production use in the autumn of 2018.

Uudistusten kuvaus:
The contract is in force for an indefinite period. Because these kind of Saas service contracts are usually based on annual license fee, Keva must be able to consider annually before the end of the year whether the fixed income portfolio analysis tool should be retendered or not. The term of notice will be defined in the contract.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
The number of users can potentially increase during the contract period. The tenderers shall inform in their tender pricing principles for user licenses in a case there shall be more users of the system than 5. These principles will be defined in the contract. Keva reserves the right to award a contract for similar new services and additional supplies related to the services directly to the original supplier during the 3 years following the conclusion of the original contract on principally the same conditions as the original contract. The tenderer shall inform separately in its tender that it will be bound to this provision.
