Keva is looking for as a Saas service an integrated ESG analysis system and its underlying analysis service, research library and its support and maintenance. Keva needs a new ESG analysis system for equity and fixed income portfolios to supplement the existing line-up of tools. The system will be used to analyze ESG data of equities and fixed income instruments globally. The system should allow the following for portfolios and companies on a global scale:

1— monitor portfolio-level and company-level absolute and sector-relative performance with regards to performance on environmental, social and governance issues and their relevant sub-issues,
2— monitor company performance with regards to compliance of international conventions such as UN Global Compact and the OECD Guidelines for multinational companies,
3— provide multiple methods to analyze both company-level and portfolio-level carbon footprint,
4— provide fund-level aggregate ESG data for commercially available funds globally,
5— provide analysis of governments in terms of ESG,
6— regular and extensive company, sector and theme analysis regarding ESG issues,
7— an easy access to new and historical analysis (6) in addition to various types of ESG data,
8— possibility to import portfolios and to create rule-based portfolio screening on ESG and related non-financial factors,
9— a built-in ability to export ESG data to different, specified third-party solutions described in Appendix 1. The system will be used to analyze and export ESG-related data of equity portfolios as well as to read and export analysis.
The emphasis in choosing this tool and its support and maintenance service partner is on the quality. A complete set of requirements is stated in Appendix 1. The new ESG analysis system is not replacing any of Keva's current portfolio tools but is considered as a supplement to the existing line-up. The system will initially have approximately 15 users. Therefore, this quantity is used in a comparison of tenders. However, Keva has the right to implement a lower or higher number of users, based on terms for pricing of individual users. The intention is to take system into production use in June 2018.

The contract is in force for an indefinite period. Because these kind of Saas service contracts are usually based on annual license fee, Keva must be able to consider annually before the end of the year license period whether the ESG /Carbon footprint analysis system should be retendered or not. The term of notice is defined later in contract procedure paragraph.

Vaihtoehtojen kuvaus:
Keva reserves the right to award a contract for similar new services and additional supplies related to the services directly to the original supplier during the 3 years following the conclusion of the original contract on principally the same conditions as the original contract. The tenderer shall inform separately in its tender that it will be bound to this provision.
